I would say Captain America simply because he was already considered a hero before he got his powers but i don't really like him lol so i would choose either GL because he's the only one with the choice to stop beginning a hero and be normal again spiderman has tried on several occasions but there's no one to take his place while GL can pass his ring down to anyone he deems worth. So Gl all the way!
