Even though I was a kid when I was first introduced to this dude, I thought that there was no possible way that he could cause so much damn trouble and totally be unaware of it all. Thought I'd bring back his older self and MAYBE explore the continued clueless Destructive as hell rain of Dennis the Menace.

I see Dennis the Menace in your world as sort of like that psychopathic villain for hire that all the really rich bad guys hire to blow up places and cause huge amounts of destruction. Even Calvin and Hobbes would have trouble keeping up with him and by the time they catch him it's often too late and he somehow escapes.
